Reservations/Payment Information:

I would appreciate promt reservations. Under certain circumstances, we will accept reservations later. I am asking you to please comply to the following reservation guidelines:

The remainder of the fee is due no later than 15 days before the course starts (For international trips 20 days).
On short notice reservations, we require the full amount right away.
After we have received your reservation and deposit, you will be sent a written confirmation, the detailed program and an equipment list for your booked tour.

Fee/Services:
Detailed fee/service information accompanying each tour week or trip. Should the program change due to bad weather or danger of avalanches, the majority of the fee for hotels, trains, taxis, etc will be paid by the participant.

Insurance:
Every participant is responsible for his own insurance (incl. Cancellation reimbursement insurance). I recommend the rescue card of the Air Zermatt or of the SRFW (available through us).

Cancellation Policy:
You will acquire the following costs depending on the time frame of your cancellation: ·30-21 days before course starts: Fr 200,- ·20-14 days before course starts: 50% of the fee ·13-4 days before course starts: 80% of the fee. ·1 - 3 day before course starts and also as no show: 100% of the fee.

Cource Cancellation/Course Termination/Course Change:
If a trip can’t be accomplished due to too few participants or for other higher reasons, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be offered, if possible, an equal replacement course. If you object to this, you will be refunded the full deposit. The mountain guide is authorized to change the program at any time due to weather change, bad conditions, depending on the qualifications of the participants and for security reasons. At early termination of the trip or a tour week, the refund will be limited to the unused transportation, meal and lodging fees.

Responsibility:
By booking you will accept the dangers of the high mountains. There remains a risk even when accompanied by a highly qualified mountain guide. By signing the registration form, you will forfeit any claims against the tour organizer and his mountain guides and you will also accept the general conditions. In case of non-agreement, only Swiss courts will be used. In case of international tours, you will also have to accept the insurance conditions of the partner organizations (travel agencies, hotels, ship owner, etc).
